International Green Awards 2011 - Bronze Award Winner

Sysdoc along with the Carbon Trust has won the Bronze International Green Award in the Best Green Government category for the highly successful carbon reduction programme we did with the Carbon Trust. 

The Judges had the below comments about our entry:

The energy and achievement of this effort is impressive and a good exemplar of practical action and good communication.”

Katherine and some of the Sysdoc Team attended the award ceremony which took place on the 24th November at the National History Museum in London.

Katherine at the Global Forum, Shaping the Future 2011 

Katherine was at the Global Forum, Shaping the Future 2011 in November in Brussels, Belgium

 The forum ‘Vision for the Digital Future’ is focussing on Mobilising Organisations and People for Sustainable Growth.

Katherine spoke on day two of the conference about the Women talent pool programme launched by the Women in Leadership. See more here

KEA breakfast with John Key

Katherine met with the Prime Minister of New Zealand John Key at a breakfast organised by KEA and sponsored by Sysdoc Ltd. The Prime Minister’s speech was very insightful and impressed everyone who attended the event. Katherine added “I think that everyone left feeling that New Zealand is in good hands”.

CBI People Awards 2011

The CBI People Awards honour forward-thinking, people-centred organisations as they change to meet new social, economic and technological realities.

Sysdoc Ltd was a finalist in the Growing Business category at the CBI People Awards 2011.

Air New Zealand - New Zealander of the Year 2011

Katherine was a finalist in the NZ Society Air New Zealand New Zealander of the Year 2011. The awards dinner was held in London on 4 February as an early celebration of Waitangi - New Zealand day. Click here for the award announcement. and here for more information on Katherine.

Katherine said she found sitting beside the fellow finalists, Barrie Nielson of www.Sailingholidays.com and Terry Smith of the Sir Keith Park foundation, to be truly enjoyable. Both are extraordinary men who have achieved so much. Vicki Procter attended with Katherine and they were both totally inspired by what Terry did for all New Zealanders in recognising the great achievements of Sir Keith Park.

Ernst and Young NZ Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2010

Katherine Corich was awarded the Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2010 in New Zealand last week!. This is a highly prestigious award. The Master Entrepreneur category is awarded to leaders of well established businesses who have demonstrated a significant commitment to entrepreneurship. This is a huge achievement and one which we are all very proud of.
